904 Booking Hub
Booking and invoicing for local service businesses. Customers book a time on the business's own website; the owner runs the day from one dashboard, and from their phone by text. 904 Digital Media sets it up and runs it for each business it serves.
What it does
Online booking
A booking page for each business: services, prices, open times, and a confirmation the moment it is booked.
Calendar sync
Each booking lands on the owner's Google or Outlook calendar, and their busy times are never offered to customers.
Reminders
Confirmations and reminders by email and text, so fewer customers forget.
Invoices and payments
Send an invoice with a pay button, take deposits, and see what is still owed.
How 904 Booking Hub uses Google Calendar
A business owner can connect their own Google Calendar from their dashboard. When they do, 904 Booking Hub:
- reads the times already taken on that calendar, so the booking page never offers a time the owner is busy;
- adds each appointment booked through the Hub to that calendar, and updates or removes it if the appointment moves or is cancelled;
- reads the Google account's email address, to show the owner which calendar is connected.
It does not read anything else, does not share calendar data with anyone, and never uses it for advertising. The owner can disconnect at any time. The full detail is in the privacy policy.
