Terms of Service

The 904 Booking Hub is software that lets a local business publish its availability and lets you book a time with it. We provide and run the software; the business provides the actual service you are booking. We are not a party to the arrangement between you and them.

We do our best to keep the service up and correct, but it is provided as-is: times can be taken between your loading a page and your submitting it, and a business can change its hours or its offering at any time.

The business you booked with sets these terms, not us. Deposits, cancellation windows, late arrivals, no-show fees, rescheduling and refunds are governed by that business's own policies, which they will have shown you when you booked or will tell you if you ask. If something about a specific appointment needs sorting out, reply to your confirmation — that reaches the business directly.

A booking is a request until the business confirms it, and a business may decline or reschedule a booking under its own policies.

Where a business takes a deposit or a payment through its booking page, that payment is handled by the business's own payment processor, and the money goes to the business — not to us. We store the result of a payment so the booking has a record of it; we never see or hold your card number.

Refunds, chargebacks and payment disputes are between you and the business, under its policies and its processor's terms.

If you tick the SMS box when you book, the business you booked with will text you about that appointment. The programme is: appointment confirmations, reminders, updates (a change, a cancellation, a suggested new time), and a single request for a review after your visit. These are messages about your own booking; the box is not consent to marketing or promotional texts.

Message frequency varies — it follows your own bookings, so it depends on how often you book and whether an appointment changes. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Reply STOP to any message to cancel, and the texts stop immediately and permanently until you start them again. Reply HELP for help, or write to ryan@weare904digitalmedia.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your handset, and neither we nor the business can guarantee that any particular text arrives or arrives on time — so please do not treat a text as the only record of your appointment.

Book in good faith, with details that are actually yours: your own name, your own email address, and a phone number you are entitled to receive texts on. Do not book times you do not intend to keep, do not make bookings on someone else's behalf without their say-so, and do not use the service to harass a business or anyone working for it.

Do not try to break the service or get at anything in it that is not yours: no scraping, no automated mass booking, no probing or interfering with the software, and no attempt to reach another customer's details. We may suspend or remove access to the booking pages for anyone doing these things, and a business may refuse a booking from anyone at its own discretion.

The service is provided as-is and without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not responsible for the service a business provides, for its pricing or its policies, or for an appointment that is missed, changed or cancelled — including where a notification was delayed, was never delivered, or landed in a spam folder.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 904 Digital Media LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising out of your use of the service. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

We may update these terms as the service changes; the version on this page is the one that applies. If a change matters to how the service works for you, it will be visible here before it affects a booking you already have.
